how to get earthquake data from geophysics agency of Indonesia.

Earthquake is condition that the earth shakes because the land moves. Earthquake is one of  hazard disaster. If the earthquake occurs in the deep sea it can make Tsunami. In 2004, Indonesia had to face this kind of hazard disaster. many people died and lost because of this disaster. even we know that earthquake or Tsunami is unavoidable disaster but we can predict it to minimize the victim by giving early warning. So many researches have done it to mitigate this disaster.

So, here I want to share the way how to get earthquake signal from BMKG or geophysics agency of Indonesia. BMKG have recorded every day, in order to know when the earthquake happen so they can give people early warning if there is Tsunami.

This earthquake signal which BMKG have recorded published in BMKG web site. please visit https://inatews.bmkg.go.id

then, you can direct the cursor to "data gempa" and choose "indonesia and luar indonesia".

you can write the year what you want in the blank box to get monthly data or if you want to get annual data, click "disini"

if you have not had the user yet, click "disini". you will get blanket that you have to fulfill clearly. then submit it. you will get the user and password  which sending to your email. so make sure than you write your email address clearly.

if your have got your user, write down here then click submit. you will see,

as an example, I wanna get earthquake data of South Sumatra in a year, magnitude 1 up to 9.5 SR, and depth 1 up to 60 Km.

click submit.

congratulation ..! now your have earthquake data.
